We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate our customers' needs as best as we can. 2. **Partial Refund Policy:** If a cancellation occurs within 30 days of the rental date, customers will receive a 50% refund of the total rental cost. While we recognize the inconvenience of last-minute cancellations, we also want to ensure fairness to both parties involved. 3. **Credit Towards Future Rental:** Alternatively, customers have the option to elect to apply 100% of their paid amount towards a future rental with BOAT LLC. This provides flexibility and ensures that customers can still enjoy our services at a later date without losing their investment. 4. **Cancellation Process:** To initiate a cancellation and request a refund or credit towards a future rental, customers must contact our customer service team via phone or email.   • How do I book an overnight boat rental?
    Booking a rental with BOAT LLC is easy! Simply visit our website and select the "book now" button at the top! Or you can contact our customer service team to check availability and make a reservation. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure your preferred dates.
  • Can I bring pets onboard?
    We understand that pets are part of the family, so yes, our boats are pet-friendly. However, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet onboard so we can accommodate accordingly.
  • Are there any age restrictions for renting a boat overnight?
    Yes, renters must be at least 21 years old to book an overnight boat rental with BOAT LLC. Additionally, all renters must possess a valid driver's license, a boating license and adhere to our rental agreement terms and conditions. Your boating license must be recognized by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA).
  • Who needs a Tennessee boating education certification?
    If you are a Tennessee resident born after January 1, 1989, and operating a boat with more than 8.5 horsepower, then you need the certification. If you are a non-Tennessee resident born after January 1, 1989, and visiting Tennessee and operating a boat with more than 8.5 horsepower, you will need a boating education certification approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA).
  • Can I fish from the boat during my overnight rental?
    Yes, many of our rental boats work great for fishing, and you are welcome to fish from the boat during your stay. However, we ask that you adhere to local fishing regulations and obtain any necessary permits.
  • What happens in case of inclement weather?
    In the event of inclement weather, your safety is our primary concern. We ask you to closely monitor weather conditions stay safe! We may offer the option to reschedule your rental or provide a credit towards a future rental, depending on the circumstances. Since our rentals are multi-day, the chance of being weathered out your entire stay is very small!
  • Is there a security deposit required for overnight rentals?
    Yes, a security AND FUEL deposit is required at the beginning of your rentals to cover any potential damages or losses. The amount of the deposit may vary depending on the boat and rental duration. The deposit will be partially refunded after the boat is returned in satisfactory condition. We will fuel the boat, and subtract the cost of the fuel (at the current marina prices) after your rental.
